Library Media Teacher
After graduating with a degree in English from U.C. Berkeley, I taught English for four years at Olive Vista Middle School in Sylmar. When I started going to school for my library media degree I moved into a position as a library media teacher at Audubon Middle School in Crenshaw. I was thrilled to come back to the valley when a position became available here at Canoga Park High School. In 2004 I completed my library media teacher credential, and then completed the Master of Library Science degree in 2005. I received my Bachelor of Economics degree and my Master of Computer Science from the University of Computer Science and Technology in Yangon, Myanmar. I then came to the United States in September of 2001. I am now here at CPHS and I am taking Library Science courses to be a librarian.
