The Los Angeles Unified School District provides Internet access through LAUSDnet. All connections to the Internet by LAUSD students or employees are subject to the LAUSD's Acceptable Use Policy. Access to the Internet from LAUSDnet and the receipt of a LAUSDnet account are privileges, not rights. Access to LAUSDnet is free to actively enrolled students with a Student Identification Number. Students may obtain accounts on LAUSDnet only through a teacher sponsor at the school after they have successfully completed the Student Internet Test. All student users, who access the Internet from any District facility, or from a remote location that connects with any District Facility, must have a STUDENT SIGNATURE AND PARENTAL RELEASE form on file at Canoga. This form must be renewed annually.
