J.K. ROWLING OPEN BOOK TOUR (10/19/2007)
Meeting the author of the best-selling book series in history is magical. Yet that magic was experienced by fifty Hunters on October 15th.
Being one of the very few to meet the J.K. Rowling was an invigorating experience: a real dream come true. There was never an event so nerve wracking and enjoyable at the same time. Watching the video of her journey and hearing her read touched me deeply enough to cry.
Beyond belief, we were able to meet her and watch her sign our books. To be able to be less than a foot away from the woman who inspired me to read is beyond the universe. By far J.K. Rowling is better than the best American writers in all of history. Being able to hear her read her work and answer questions was a prayer come true.
