 ROTC IS FIRST FOR THE HOLIDAY
Canoga Park ROTC brings home first place at the Chatsworth Holiday Parade. Competing against El Camino, Cleveland, and Chatsworth, ROTC triumphantly won the first place trophy in the parade that stretched from Devonshire to Jordan. The team admits they practiced long hours for the parade as well as an upcoming competition in Orange County. The competition in Orange County will prove to be more strenuous as official military personnel will be there to judge. The Holiday Parade was a practice run because the judging was easier on the team as they marched by the judges to receive their inspection. Hopefully the ROTC will see the same outcome as the Chatsworth Holiday Parade.-Amaris Montes and Dylan Jessop |
