Photography 1A
(Section 2)
Location: Room 6 Teacher: During the semester, students will produce original digital photographs that emphasize the principles of photography. Composition, studio lighting and the exploration of various concepts will be the focus for each project.Students will learn to subtly manipulate their images using Photoshop, learning to apply the tools that best suit their work. The course will focus on teaching students to make informed, aesthetic judgements about photographic works of art through class discussions and critiques. Students will practice their visual communication skills by producing photographs that express a theme or make a statement. Files for download:
